Client Relations Administrator Location: Edgbaston Salary: Highly Competitive Plus Employee Benefits and Discretionary Bonus Hours: Full Time An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional Client Relations Administrator to work for a highly respected Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc (SJP). You will be part of a growing, dynamic, fast paced team managing the work generated by the Practice. SJP is an award winning FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. SJP has funds under management in excess of £116bn. The Role - Client Relations Administrator Your duties will focus primarily on processing new business generated by the Practice but with the ability to assist with other administrative tasks as and when required. You will be responsible for business submission using bespoke software You will need to ensure that the business obtained is processed and completed in a timely way You will be a key member of the team which in addition to processing new business will involve a wide range of administrative tasks in support of your colleagues. Full training on the SJP systems will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge. The Person - Client Relations Administrator This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do’ working style. Ideally, you have been working within an IFA or Wealth Management environment for 2 years and will have Financial Services industry experience You will be able to demonstrate exceptional administrative skills with the ability to perform well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout your work You must be able to show initiative and have excellent IT skills You will be responsible for all administrative and PA duties associated with the role including diary management and typing of dictation You must have a professional telephone manner, with attention to detail and be able to pick up procedures easily You should be willing to develop skills set with CPD courses / exams.
