The majority of the work will be small capital projects under 1 million, there is a variety of work from refurbishments of wards, ventilation and flooring etc. With charity projects also including a new playground and window refurbishment. What you'll need to succeed consultancy/client side track record in the health or education sector would be ideal. What you'll get in return 6 month contract based in the centre of Birmingham, with competitive rates. Possibility of Temp to Perm. Once perm, flexible hours, good pension and a greater holiday package.
