Overview

Admin Assistant for Equity Research Our client, a successful financial organisation, currently has a new opening for a strong administrator to come on board and support in their equity research division. The ideal candidate: Have an eye for detail with excellent attention to detail. Proactive and able to work to deadlines. Enjoy dealing with numbers and financial data. Able to pick up systems and processes quickly. Strong Word and Excel skills as well as being highly organised. A real interest in the finance industry. Degree educated would be an advantage. At least 12 months previous relevant experience. Your duties will include: Document preparation for publication and pricing. Formatting documents and able to converse with styles, charts and tables. Manage the production of monthly books, conference documents and reports as well as giving support to new products. Admin for website as well adding new companies. Data gathering from Thomson and Bloomberg. General admin / data entry duties. First point of contact for queries. Help onboarding new Analysts on systems and processes.
