A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established supplier of PPE products based in Smethwick. As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for the following: Monitor and action the back order report Process customer's orders and enquiries Obtain costs and quoting Dealing with fax, postal and email orders Promoting new and existing products Providing support to the business development team General administration and sending out invoices Answering customer calls Requirements: Excellent attention to detail Good telephone manner and communication skills Previous sales administration experience is preferred Good level of English and maths Excellent organisation skills Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am till 5pm To apply for the Sales Administrator role, please click apply and follow the application process.
