Overview
Due to expansion one of the UK's leading distributors and stockists of fluid sealing products and gaskets are currently looking to appoint an experienced Internal Sales Account manager to work within its busy and established sales team. You will be the first point of contact for a range of new and existing clients using your ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment to drive sales and build client relationships. As the Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for: Speaking to existing and new clients influencing, negotiating and advising on a range of products Having a technical or engineering mind investigating client needs Identifying new avenues of business and maintain an existing client base Responding to leads and web enquiries Cross selling and upselling products and services and keeping clients updated Making outbound calls to new and existing clients Processing orders on the in-house CRM and Sage Maintaining comprehensive client details and CRM system Ensuring clients are updated regularly with order status Responsible for resolving client order and delivery queries Following up marketing campaigns Working to KPI's and targets The successful candidate for the role of Sales Account Manager will have: Previous business to business sales experienced within engineering, gaskets, Bearings or Power transmission environments would be an advantage Exceptional communication and organisational skills Ability to prioritise a busy workload Driven and ambitions attitude In return the successful candidate will receive a starting salary of £25,000 20 days holiday plus stats, an excellent working environment and free parking.
