Overview

Maintenance Engineer Single Site - Tottenham Court Road, London My client is a well established leading building maintenance service provider with a rapidly expanding portfolio of buildings across Central London. Due to this growth, they are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer manage a landlord only contract for small office in Tottenham Court Road. The successful candidate will look after the day to day engineering operation as well as managing sub contractors and client on-site. The ideal candidate will come from a similar environment, with the motivation to progress into management due planned growth of the contract. Job Specification: Capable of working alone and responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout the building and work spaces. Ensure strong communication clients Manage and distribute PPMs. Organise sub contract labour. Organise labour and the procurement of materials and parts. Responsible for Health & Safety, risk assessment, permits etc. Engage weekly with the client on-site Supported by the Foot Mobile and Engineering Team within the area. Salary & Package: £38,000.00 Per Annum Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 17:00 Overtime Rates at x1.5 & x2.0 25 Days Annual Leave Pension, Training and Clear Progression into a management role due to planned contract growth. The Person: City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Demonstrate strong communication and people skills Able to write report and carry out quotes.
