Accounts Payable | International Medical Company | Central London The Company Harmonic are excited to be partnering with one of the fastest growing Medical Service Providers in the UK in their search for an Accounts Payable hire. They have invested heavily new technology which is driving major client acquisition in both the public and private sectors. Having trebled turnover to over £300m in the last 5 years and invested in state-of-the-art new facilities and offices they are set for continued expansion. The Role This is a newly created role working from their office based in central London. The Accounts Payable will report directly into the Accounts Payable Manager. This is a great time to be joining the company as they have recently won 3 major flagship projects. Given the high volume of supplier this role requires someone with excellent communication skills. They have also recently implemented a new system and are keen for this person to support process improvement. The Duties: Responsibility for the day to day maintenance of the accounts payable records Build relationships with suppliers and support on queries Ensure correct application of VAT to invoices Support with process improvement Analyse aged debt and ensure stakeholders are aware of any outstanding/ back dated invoices that need processed Processing staff expenses Bank Reconciliations Supplier payment runs Ad hoc duties requirements by the Accounts Payable Supervisor Essential skills: Demonstratable Accounts Payable Experience Attention to detail Strong Communication skills Studying or desire to study ACCA, CIMA or AAT Experience in a fast paced, high volume environment Bonus skills: Experience of working in the medical sector Knowledge of SAP Concur System Multicurrency experience Ability to deal with challenging stakeholders Salary: Up to £27,000 (Dependent on experience) study support excellent benefits package Start date: ASAP Please get in touch at or give me a call on .
