Overview

Accounts Assistant required for a well-established retail company based in Central London. The role is responsible for providing all round accountancy assistance for the company and reports to the Finance Manager. Main Duties: Purchase Ledger - processing invoices; checking purchase invoices; invoice distribution; processing cheques; preparing remittances Payment Runs Sales Ledger - raising invoices for customers; debtor list updates; raising credit notes; posting invoices Credit Control Daily Banking / Bank Reconciliation Dealing with any accounts queries Desired Skills: Strong Excel skills Strong communication skills Team player This role will suit someone who is looking to fully get involved in a forward-thinking company and a busy team.
