Overview
My client is a highly regarded and well established Executive Search firm. This particular division operates in the Technology consultancy/advisory space, and delivers consultants on salaries typically between £80-£150k. Most of the work is either exclusive contingent or project retained, but has the pace of a contingent environment. The role is delivery only focussing on the candidate attraction by means of head-hunting and referrals. You must be comfortable developing relationships with candidates and actively head-hunting for open roles. A background in Technology recruitment, ideally with a focus on advisory or consultancy firms would be an advantage. The salary on offer will be commensurate with experience but likely in the range of £35-£45k plus on OTE on top. This role is not client facing, but it is at a senior level. At least a year or 2 of experience in delivery is required, and a few more years experience would be ideal. This role could suit someone in a research role in search looking to move to more of a fast paced delivery model, or a contingent recruiter looking to move more into a Search and Selection environment but maintaining some of the pace you are used too.
