Overview

We are currently working with our clients in the beautiful Liversedge countryside, seeking to recruit an ambitious and driven Chef De Partie to join the busy kitchen brigade following an internal promotion. The focus on the food here is based on seasonal cooking using the best the Yorkshire region has to offer, with an emphasis on strong flavour and textures. The kitchen is well equipped and has an established team of 5 chefs in place. Pub classics prepared with expertise sit alongside game, seafood and dessert specials. The hours are approximately 48 per week based on 5 days over 7. Unfortunately, due to the location, we are ideally seeking candidates who have their own transport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who wants to expend his skill set and work at one of the most popular venues in the area.
