A contemporary café/ restaurant and bar in Sheffield is recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef role Role: The Head Chef of a café bar/ restaurant is seeking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef to join the team of four chefs working in the kitchen of the venue. The property offers customers breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the week with all day dining at the weekends. As Junior Sous Chef you will need to have all round cooking skills in the kitchen with the ability to create all dishes from scratch onsite as well as being capable of running some of the quieter shifts, directing the junior members of the team. Requirements: A background working in fast paced, fresh food kitchens is essential for this role. Chefs should have already been working at Junior Sous Chef level or are strong Chef de Parties with a number of years experience who are ready for the next step in their career.
