A fantastic hotel located in Surrey is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen Role: This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join an award winning brigade where you will be working with top quality, fresh food ingredients to create modern British dishes to the exacting standards that the Head Chef has put into place.The hotel has won a number of awards for the high quality dining on offer in the restaurants but is also a popular venue for special events, banquets and weddings.Therefore, this Chef de Partie role will allow you to develop your all round cooking skills, experiencing a variety of different cooking styles at one venue. Requirements: Applicants should currently be working as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in establishments with at one AA Rosette but are seeking a new role where they can push themselves forward and continue to progress. The ability to work well in a standards focused kitchen where you will be joining a large team is essential.
