A country inn located in the Ambleside region of Cumbria has a Chef de Partie role available Role: A country inn with a popular bar is hoping to recruit a Chef de Partie to join the team of six chefs working in the kitchen. The property offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with dining taking place in the restaurant and bar with both areas offering good quality, simple dishes prepared with ingredients sourced locally.In this role of Chef de Partie you will have an input on the menus bringing your ideas to the Head Chef during menu planning meetings. Requirements: The property will consider CVs from strong Demi Chef de Parties and Chef de Parties who have solid, fresh food backgrounds and can show a stable CV. An organised chef who can work and take control of a busy section once trained on the kitchen operation is needed for this role.
