An award winning coastal hotel in East Sussex is recruiting for a Chef de Partie role Role: A coastal hotel that offers its guests award winning dining in the modern British restaurant is seeking a Chef de Partie to work within the team of eight chefs in the kitchen.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be expected to control your section in the kitchen whilst preparing fresh, seasonal produce for the lunch and dinner menus served in the 70 cover restaurant which has been awarded AA Rosettes. Requirements: A Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie will be considered for this role but you must have previous 1 or 2 AA Rosette experience.The property is particularly busy during the summer months due to its location so it is important that you can cook to high standards whilst cooking for high numbers of covers.
