Overview
A privately owned hotel located in North Derbyshire is seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie Role: A popular hotel that offers its guests and non-residents a number of dining options is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of six chefs working in the busy kitchen.In this Chef de Partie position you will have the opportunity to prepare dishes for a number of different menus allowing you to further develop your cooking skills.The role will require you to cater for the modern British fine dining restaurant; the busy bar which serves a pub style menu and the banqueting department which is used mainly for weddings and corporate events/ conferences. Requirements: A strong Commis Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie who is seeking a role in a well run hotel with dedicated owners that can offer you career progression opportunities is required to take on this position.The ability to work well within a dedicated team of chefs within a busy kitchen operation is essential.
