A Chef de Partie is required to join the kitchen of a fresh food pub in the Huddersfield region Role: A country pub and restaurant is seeking a Chef de Partie to work within the small team of chefs creating classic British pub meals and modern specials from fresh ingredients.The role needs a Chef de Partie who has strengths on a number of sections allowing you to move across the sections depending on when you are required on the day.This is a busy pub which is popular throughout the week so needs a chef who is capable of working well under pressure in a team focused kitchen. Requirements: The role needs a Chef de Partie who is used to controlling their own section in the kitchen and has experience on a number of different sections.The ability to work well within a small team whilst cooking for high numbers of covers is essential for this role.Ideally all applicants will have experience working in fresh food pubs although CVs from hotels and restaurants will be considered.
