The property boasts 11 individually styled bedrooms, as well as a new dining venue for the area. With focus on quality cooking, exciting flavours and concepts served with precision execution. The property will also have multiple food outlets so experience in a similar property will be essential. The Head chef of the property has trained in some of the norths leading restaurants & Hotels up to a Michelin star level. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with top quality ingredients and some of the best chefs in the area. Salary on this role is £20k plus tips, there is no accommodation. Candidate Role · Assist the senior team with preparations for food outlets within the property · Prepare dishes utilising the best of seasonal ingredients · Prepare menu items for the events side of the business · Manage and maintain a safe working environment · Manage the cleanliness of your section · Manage stock control and orders for your section.
