A Chef de Partie role is available at a four star Cumbrian hotel with a high volume dining operation Role: A four star hotel that has a number of different dining options available to both residents and non-residents is seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to the kitchen.The hotel has a team of up to 15 chefs working in the kitchen preparing dishes for the restaurant, lounge area and bar as well as for the function rooms at the property.The Head Chef needs a Chef de Partie with good all round abilities in the kitchen who is used to preparing high quality, fresh ingredients to create modern, seasonal dishes.The kitchen focuses on small plates, sharing boards and tasting menus to offer contemporary dining to the guests. Requirements: All Chef de Parties applying to this role should be capable of working on a number of sections in the kitchen with the ability to control a busy section when working under pressure.A chef with a strong work ethic who can work well within a team focused kitchen would be ideal for this role.
