Your new role To manage incoming queries relating to temporary fee's resolving where possible or passing to relevant teams for resolution whilst keeping ownership of the query. To assist with other tasks within the team such as running a payroll from start to finish & covering cash allocation tasks when needed. What you'll need to succeed You will need excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to build good working relationship with peers, direct reports, internal customers. In addition you will have excellent problem solving skills, as your daily tasks will be resolving fee queries. The successful candidate will be analytically minded with the ability to assemble, compile and analyse data as your role will consist of generating weekly reports, therefore you will need strong excel skills with the ability to produce v-lookups and pivot tables. As the role has an aspect of payroll experience within this is advantages.
