The Role The firm are seeking to recruit a Corporate (Tech) Solicitor or Associate into their Cambridge office. The Commercial department is highly regarded within the region, it is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are significant. They are seeking a Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate with an interest in working with entrepreneurial clients responsible for assisting them in successfully securing early stage seed and venture capital fundraising. This will be a varied position working closely with the Corporate and the IP teams to provide clients with the best possible service. You will join a growing Corporate, Intellectual Property, Technology team who have a high level of expertise. The client base varies significantly which will make for an interesting role.
