Overview
An exciting opportunity for Corporate Tax Associate to join a highly regarded US firm. This is a permanent, full time position based in London. Role Description The firm is looking for an experienced and driven Corporate Tax solicitor to take on an interesting and varied case load. The team currently advise on a wide range of UK, cross-border and international tax matters across a variety of business sectors. The Tax team is very close knit and sits as part of the wider corporate team. They are looking for someone to focus primarily on tax matters but might also be keen to get involved with some share incentives work as well.
