Commercial Solicitor CH. Hausmann & Co, a leading and long-established boutique West End Law firm with strong international associations, is looking for a motivated Commercial Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE to join our close knit and dynamic team. Based in London, you will be offered a full-time, permanent position. Your New Role As our new Commercial Solicitor your duties will include: Supporting the partners and the senior members of the team in dealing with a predominantly company and commercial caseload Assisting with a mixture of litigation matters from time to time Taking ownership of your own interesting and varied caseload dealing with matters with a multi-jurisdictional dimension Working directly with a broad spectrum of clients, including high net-worth individuals, start-ups, large and small companies, and others in a supportive environment Working on company acquisitions and sales, share transfers, equity investments and contracts About You Applications are invited from Company / Commercial Solicitors who demonstrate: 2-4 years of PQE Strong academics High levels of organisation Commercial acumen Exceptional interpersonal skills A good sense of humour We offer you the opportunity to join our well-established and highly regarded team which prides itself as an exceptional working environment with real prospects for career development .
