Non-contentious IT Associate/ Senior Associate NQ – 2 & 4 years’ PQE LONDON
Overview
Commercial law firm in London, recognised in the directories for the work it does in IT law, seeks to recruit two IT Solicitors – one of 0 to 2 years’ PQE and the other of 4 or more years’ PQE. The successful candidate for the Senior Associate role will lead on transactions and the majority of those transactions will be technology, outsourcing and commercial deals, as well as general corporate support. Furthermore, if desired, you would have the option to also lead M&A/ joint venture TMT deals (but this is not a necessary requirement for the role). For the more junior role, you will support the team on larger transactions and will run your own caseload of smaller matters. You will also receive support in developing your technical expertise and be encouraged to take on early responsibility, where appropriate. All candidates for this role must have some experience of IT law in areas such as Outsourcing and/or Technology and/or e-commerce and/or software agreements and/or IT procurement and/or Digital.
