Overview
A well-respected international firm is seeking a junior to mid level Corporate Associate to join their prestigious firm. This is a growing team with a lovely partner who has 6 years Magic Circle experience. He takes the time to tell you about the firm and his vision for the team. Target billable hours are around the 1500 mark and there are great benefits The role: The Corporate Solicitor will be working on excellent quality work in a broad Corporate practice focused on: M&A (large part of the role) Private Equity some Venture Capital Equity and Debt Fundraisings General Commercial Advice Clients include PE and VC managers and investors, corporates, founders, management teams and HNWIs. There is some scope to do some funds related work too.
