The Role This is an outstanding opportunity for a Corporate Partner to join this expanding, top 100 firm based in the City of London office. This is a brilliant opportunity to lead the department, working in collaboration with the firms other Partners. You will be part of the newly established London office in this Top 100 firm. The department deals with a high-quality of work, they often punch above their weight and deal with transactions that on the other side of the deal are top city practices. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team. The variety of quality clients and work will make for an interesting role. This work will include; Private equity and venture capital, Mergers and acquisitions, Capital markets, EU & competition, LLP's and Partnerships and Governance. The firm have incredibly close relationships with their clients, and it is commonplace for a number of fee earners at any one time to be on secondments. The Requirements You will be a Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 8 years PQE (There is no upper limit for this position) Have a strong technical knowledge Have a good billings history You should have good business development experience You are the type of candidate who can build solid client relationships Salary is well above market rate and is dependent on the experience.
