Senior Lawyer (Regulatory and Public Procurement) 12m FTC
Overview
Job description: High profile, public sector regulatory body seeks an experienced lawyer to join them on a 12 month FTC and take the lead on a major public procurement project. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will handle a diverse and challenging caseload incorporating: - Public Procurement and contract law - Administrative and public law including judicial review - Regulatory matters - Data Protection and FOI issues The role plays a key part of the legal function and you will be able to build excellent working relationships with external advisers, executive committees and government officials. It is essential that you are a qualified solicitor of barrister and have strong technical experience in the above areas together with excellent stakeholder management skills. Ideally you will have worked either in the regulatory sphere or similar public sector body. 12 months FTC to launch and lead on this exciting high profile project. Salary up to £65,000 pa benefits
