Corporate Banking Associate - 3 yrs This progressive international law firm is looking for a talented finance lawyer with 3 yrs pqe to handle a range of transactions for a mix both domestic and international borrower and lender clients. This will include acquisition finance, real estate / development finance, treasury and investment transactions as well as advising clients on wider financial issues.
