Customer Service Advisor Borehamwood £18,000 - £22,000 pa Immediate permanent contract Opportunity: This professional organisation in Borehamwood are looking to strengthen their existing customer service team and are looking for determined and career orientated individuals to join them. Full training will be given along with a full career enhancing induction process. The customer service team work between the hours of 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday with a requirement for each team member to work 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am to 1.00pm. You will work a 40 hour week so time off during the week will be given for each Saturday worked. Requirements of the role: To respond to all enquiries received by phone and email Processing of customer requests and applications Management of customer accounts and information Process and investigate account errors Experience required: Previous customer service experience gained in a telephone based environment Confident telephone manner High level of attention to detail Ability to work in team, supporting other team members Motivated by genuine career opportunities Benefits: £18,000 - £22,000 pa Immediate contract available 40 hour working week
