Page Personnel are partnering with a specialist legal firm based in Leeds who are seeking a HR & Reward Assistant to join their HR function. This is a fast-paced and varied position encompassing a blend of both generalist transactional HR duties along with processing all data relating to reward and benefits for the organisation. Successful candidates will come from a background in HR Assistant level positions with experience processing company benefits. Client Details The client is a specialist legal firm based in Leeds who also have numerous offices around the UK and Europe. The HR & Reward Assistant role will join as part of a close-knit and long-serving HR team who value development and progression. Description In a fast-paced and varied HR & Reward Assistant role based in Leeds, roles and responsibilities will include: Record employee changes including starters, leavers, sick pay, changes to hours, holiday pay, pension or benefit contributions Enrol employees onto the range of company benefit schemes and update the various providers Prepare annual salary review data for use in Board review meetings Keep the HR Administrators and Advisors updated on the latest system changes Keep administration procedures regularly updated to reflect current HR practice Profile A minimum of 2 years HR administration experience Payroll and benefits experience Experience using Cascade HR system Experience of working in a firm where staff have high expectations of the HR team A genuine interest in and enjoyment of HR system and administration work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively is essential Job Offer £24,000 - £27,000 Great company benefits Above market rate annual leave Private health & dental
