Overview

Due to continued success in providing fee based advice to HNW clients, this successful IFA practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to the IFAs and Paraplanners. You will act as the initial point of contact for client queries as well as liaising with product providers managing and developing the administration and review process to ensure a first class service is provided to internal and external parties, your work will cover Investment, Pension and Protection planning. The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge and understanding of the Financial Planning process; have experience using industry software, ideally gained within an IFA practice. Duties for this role will include: Provide technical support and back up to the Financial Consultant Provide analysis, detailed research of funds and providers, report writing and product recommendations for presentation to clients and/or reports for sending to clients in conjunction with the paraplanning team To provide assistance to the paraplanning team when workload dictates for all consultants Facilitate all advice within a strict ethical and compliance framework and under supervision of the Chartered Financial Consultant Deal with client and insurer queries to completion via the telephone or in writing To conduct group scheme meetings with clients referred by the Company in an effective and efficient manner Providing clear work requests to allow back office to support your client bank effectively whilst following processes Developing a robust review process for clients of the Chartered Financial Consultant and ensuring that service is delivered in line with the agreed fee / retainer / service level Ensuring that internal systems are used effectively and accurately and that client detail is recorded and kept up to date This is an excellent role within a forward thinking and innovative firm who are continually looking to improve and develop the services which they offer to their clients.
