Overview
Credit Controller Southend, Essex £23,000 - £24,000 target related bonus (£3000) This role is working for a well-established organisation, you will be reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor and be part of a team of 7. My client is looking for a credit controller who wants the responsibility of managing a ledger from start to finish and who will take ownership and responsibility for managing the aged debts. This is a demanding role working for a global organisation and would be a great career move. Job details •Chasing outstanding debts on a multicurrency ledger of 250 live accounts •Collecting £2.5 million monthly •Chasing debts by telephone, letter and email •Investigating and resolving queries •Logging all notes on customer accounts •Reconciling accounts •Monthly statement runs •Cash allocation •Twice monthly ledger reviews with the supervisor Requirements •Credit control experience is essential •Excellent communication skills •Ability to follow procedures and work within a professional and structured environment •Team player - ability to work within a well-established long standing team •Ability to build relationships with customers If you are interested in this vacancy please contact Sarah Chandler at CWC Recruitment Ltd.
