The Position We are looking for a number of customer service professionals who are passionate about achieving results through telephone support and who can offer an exemplary customer experience in a process driven environment . As part of our Transactional Procurement Team you will provide front line service delivery of procurement related activities within Purchase to Pay, specifically managing the process from customer requirement to Purchase Order placement and all related activities to enable accurate invoice payment. Key responsibilities You will be operating within a key function to manage the Oracle system to successful creation of Purchase Orders by liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders -thus supporting the smooth management of the Purchase to pay process. You will support customers in understanding system notifications they have received, guiding them through the process to ensure end users can complete their activities to support the prompt payment of NHS suppliers. Conduct each call with professionalism, handling barriers or concerns in an effective way to preserve NHS SBS reputation, asking questions to understand the customers requirements and going the 'extra mile’ to delight the customer Handle calls in a timely, appropriate and professional manner Report on successes and outcomes of outbound and inbound activity to demonstrate the effectiveness of your efforts and help with work prioritisation.
