Overview
My client, a successful and busy Estate Agent is currently recruiting for a Property Marketing Consultant for their Hornchurch branch. The ideal candidate will have some Estate Agency experience or would suit someone who wishes to start their management career. This is a role that requires someone who already has a background in Marketing and can hit the ground running. You will be required to work hard, be driven, motivated with a real passion to succeed. You must be highly organised, computer literate and able to manage your own time effectively. Duties: Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market Working towards set targets Deputising for Branch Manager as necessary Running morning meetings and coaching sessions Generating sales leads for property viewings, mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations We need you to be: Experience in PMA and CPR Successful record in directly driving business, maintaining client relationships Up to date with local and national property news Able to look for new and better ways to do things. Hold a full and valid UK drivers licence. Willingness to learn and develop your management skills. You are a 'get things done' kind of person.
