Overview
A widely respected insurance company have a new opening for a Claims Adjuster within their Commercial Property claims team. Previous UK or International Property claims experience is essential. Duties and Responsibilities Ability to proactively handle/resolve a mixed caseload of 250 or more medium to high complexity Commercial Property claims to a consistently high standard with minimal supervision in accordance with all Company and regulatory guidelines. Ability to responsibly handle a caseload with a total incurred of €50,000,000 or more. Ability to work on and deliver projects and presentations to internal and external clients with minimal supervision. Ability to appoint loss adjusters, lawyers and other experts in accordance with the Company's internal/external procedures to ensure that the interests of the company and the client are adequately protected. Ability to handle claims involving multinational exposure. Ability to assist the Claims Manager with the management of the Department as delegated by the Claims management team. Ability to identify and evaluate risks and trends in the business.
