Overview

I am looking for a Business Development Manager role to my client specialising in R&D tax relief and access to funding. If you are well experienced in field sales, have contacts across SME businesses in different sectors in the area and have been selling with a consultative approach, most likely you will be very successful in this job. Location : home based - field sales (Midlands/ Staffordshire) Hours : You’re responsible for your own diary Basic salary: £30k car allowance (£3k) budget for events in the area uncapped OTE Earning potential: £40-45k in year 1st Company is helping business across a variety of areas including access to funding, research and development tax relief(R&D). Your purpose will be to build strong relationships with a view to deliver complex sales across the business in your area. You will build relation across LEPs, Representative Bodies, Intermediaries (e.g. Accountants), Science Parks and other business providers. You will also receive the budget to organise events in the area which help you gain clients. Your team is specializing in R&D tax relief and in access to funding , we will teach you about it, if necessary . Your contacts across SME businesses in different sectors in the area will help you at the beginning of the job, before all your activities (events, intermediaries and other marketing actions) around the company will bring you leads.
