Prospero Health and Social Care are recruiting for Mental Health Support Workers in Tower Hamlets - London About the Support Worker: We are looking for motivated, resourceful individuals who are committed to support people with mental health needs. Experience of the mental health sector is desirable but not essential. The ideal Support Workers will: Be non-judgmental, forward-thinking, and passionate about mental health. Have a good understanding of mental illness gained through work, volunteering or personal experience. Have good communication, organizational and IT skills Be highly motivated and committed to improving our service users' experience Be available to work on a 24/7 rota including waking nights.
