Overview
Electrical Shift Engineer Type: Permanent Location: Regents Place Salary: £39,000 Hours: 4on-4off - Days Only - 7-7 Extras: Overtime available with training and progression opportunities. The Role A great opportunity has become available to work at a flagship commercial building based in London, Regents Place. One of the UK’s most established M&E companies are seeking to employ a Building Maintenance Engineer to join a team at a vibrant site. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work using their own initiative and has the confidence to work independently in the commercial environment. Key responsibilities: ·Carrying out the servicing and repairs of electrical systems. ·Critical Plant, AHU Plant, Boiler House, Chillers and Cooling Towers all to be maintained and carry of planned checks ·Fault Finding, Motors and maintenance on Heavy Industrial kit / equipment ·Inspection and testing of electrical equipment. ·Identifying parts required to complete repairs as well as potential additional work. ·Commercial awareness at time of service / reactive call outs Requirements / Must have a minimum off: ·City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations ·C&G 18th Edition ·Experience within a corporate / critical environment.
