Are you seeking a Mortgage Advisor job in Wokingham as part of a whole-of-market brokerage that receives a high volume of quality leads? In this office based position, you will be working within a busy team of Mortgage Advisors who are receiving quality leads from professional introducers and enquiries from their substantial database. As such, you should be capable of writing at least 10 mortgages per month Due to the nature of their lead source, they have a high conversion of application to completion. Administration Support This mortgage brokerage has nearly 1:1 level support of Mortgage Administrator to Mortgage Advisor. So that, their Mortgage Advisors are available to maintain a busy diary of speaking to clients Mortgage Advisor Requirements You should hold full CeMAP and ideally have track record as a Mortgage Advisor You must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to build rapport with clients The Company This long-established Mortgage Brokerage has developed a strong team of Mortgage Advisors that regularly complete a high level of mortgage cases per month. They are a fast based business but also like to have a good team spirit and fun in the office.
