Overview
My client is a global f&b retailer and is looking to strengthen their construction programme and project management team within EMEA. The focus of the role will be leading the planning, execution and evaluation of the store life cycle process for complex, multifaceted store development programs to support both existing and new store growth across EMEA. As programme manager, you will liaise with internal functions and business partners on programme-related matters and provide professional guidance and leadership to the Store Development team. You will be tasked with delivering the strategic business vision, across multiple programmes. Strong programme management and excellent organisational skills are fundamental, as is the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Ability to lead complex retail construction/fit out programmes Requirements gathering and analysis experience within retail fit out Experienced in working with end-users to define workflows and integrate bu siness processes into effective bu siness solutions To establish cross-functional relationships with business and internal partners Knowledge of store development design & delivery processes Ability to negotiate, influence Strong problem-solving and analytical skills The ideal candidate will have experience within Construction/Fit Out Programme Management with some architectural or design experience desired.
