User Experience (UX) Lead
Overview
Full Time – Competitive Salary Excellent Benefits Hours – 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday Located in Portsmouth or London with travel to the other site 2 days per week. Are you a highly skilled UX Lead with a demonstrable passion for users? Do you work with product owners and teams to validate product vision and features? Can you articulate findings to UX, Product and wider business teams? If you are a seasoned UX Lead with digital marketplace experience, then we would love to hear from you Where do you fit in? You will lead a team of UX/UI Designers whose sole purpose will be to transform the way things are You will be responsible for the delivery of User Experiences across both consumers (B2C) and trades (B2B). This role requires the experience and mind-set of a true leader, leading our User Experience strategy and taking our business on a journey of continuous and rapid improvement. This involves building, mentoring and growing a high performing collaborative team; inclusive of Content writing, UI design, Product design and pivotal roles in the discovery, design and delivery of top-class experiences.
