Overview
In-House Recruiter (12 Months) A financial services provider is in the market for an in house recruiter to start in April. This exciting role will require someone with full cycle recruitment experience covering multiple divisions in a fast paced environment. Located in the City this exciting role will suit someone with a broad recruitment skillset from an in house background ideally focussed on Insurance. Not only will you be responsible for the day to day recruitment you will also be involved in recruitment specific projects working with senior stakeholders in the business designing campaigns and looking at new initiatives. You should be able to show evidence of using direct sourcing strategies and maintaining or improving on the direct hire ratios. You will be able to use existing PSL's for tough to fill roles or volume hires but there is a definite emphasis on the direct sourcing strategy. You will be responsible for both temporary and permanent hires predominantly within Finance, Broking, Sales, IT and Marketing.
