Approved Mental Health Practitioner - Part time Ceredigion (Mid/West Wales) An AMHP is required to joining Ceredigion Social Services Community Mental Health Team for a part time contract offering 22.5 hours per week. Pay rate for this role is up to £40 per hour. The option to work less than 3 days per week will be considered. Home working is required for this role due to Covid-19. If you live in Carmarthenshire or Pembrokeshire this role could be a good fit for you. Duties and responsibilities for this position include: To have responsibility for assessing safeguarding referrals, including carrying out investigations, completing risk assessments, chairing meetings (where necessary) and ensuring that action plans are effective in keeping people safe. Skype facilities will be set up where required. To establish good clinical and management practices ensuring high standards of care using community or other available resources.
