Overview
We are currently recruiting a Client Manager for a growing organisation based in Ipswich. The successful candidate will be passionate about building and nurturing client relationships ensuring a seamless service everytime. Key Responsibilities Project Managing the onboarding process for clients, this involves dealing with larger and smaller orders Preparing and sending quotations to customers Account Manage clients to drive additional sales of products and services or renewing leases Update and maintain the CRM systems Answer client queries and ensure order records are kept up to date Key Skills Excellent attention to detail Good communication skills both written and verbal Proactively seek business opportunities Ability to work in a fast paced environment Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and working with CRM systems
