Overview
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a successful Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team based on the outskirts Ipswich. The ideal candidate will have a proven recruitment background, ideally with experience of the insurance, financial services or other professional services industries. You will be experienced in managing existing client relationships as well as developing relationships in a challenging environment. Candidates need to be self-confident as well as having a proactive and lively personality. The company offers a strong support structure and leading technology freeing you up to do what you are good at - placing candidates and making money. As well as developing new clients, candidates will have access to existing clients enabling almost immediate income. In return candidates can expect to recieve a competitive basic (depending on experience) as well as an uncapped OTE.
