The service helps high earning individuals and corporations structure their revenue and income in lucrative and tax efficient payroll structures. As an established company they have been trading for over 15 years and are going from strength to strength. Off the back of last years success they would like or grow their brokerage team by 20%. The Opportunity An opportunity has been created for professional sales and business development executives to join the team in a junior broker capacity. This is a performance related role with earnings in year 1 in excess of £40,000 with a starting basic salary of up to £24,000 dependent on experience. On offer is 3 weeks intensive industry, product, and legislation training to ensure you are up to speed and knowledgeable on the latest regulations and compliance requirements. Interviews are held on a weekly basis and the position can start as soon as you are available,. What's expected of you To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be self motivated and interested in controlling your own earnings. This is a performance related role so previous experience in sales (ideally at least 1 year B2B) will be prioritized. As a junior broker, you should have a keen interest in financial services, in particular tax efficiency and savings. Your primary objective is to manage relationships, on board new clients and develop new business for the company. You will be targeting HNW contractors and companies interested in saving time spent on payroll.
