Junior Contracts Manager Chelmsford, Essex £25,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Contracts Manager to join a leading company based near Chelmsford. Operating within the Construction sector and have a great reputation within their fields, our client is currently recruiting for the successful candidate to join their busy operation management team, assisting in the day to day execution of multiple simultaneous contracts. The Role Reviewing official contract / order documentation. Acting as interface between management, site operatives and clients. Working with senior site supervisors in the scheduling of contracts. Completion of contract invoicing and authorising payments. Review and understanding of upcoming contracts and their requirements. Other such reasonable duties as instructed. The Candidate Experience working as a Junior Contracts Manager/working closely with a Contracts Manager Preferable experience within the construction, flooring or landscaping industry Experience within an operational role GCSE/A levels (or equivalent) Commercial Management /Construction Management Qualification or qualified by experience Highly computer literate in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) Must be a Car Owner / driver due to their location Hours of Work: Monday- Frida 9am-5pm (40 hours a week) Office Based Reward and benefit: Starting salary £25,000 per annum Increases and additional benefits to be discussed upon application
