As the business is growing, they are looking to recruit an Operations Assistant to provide support with the day to day management of clients. Reporting into the MD, you will be working closely with clients, lenders, and intermediary partners, providing support on case progression throughout the entire loan application process to ensure the successful completion of each case. Candidates will have previous experience gained in a similar role and will enjoy delivering excellent service to clients, lenders, and intermediary partners. Responsibilities Dealing with incoming calls and emails from clients, lenders, and intermediary partners relating to the progress of each case. Accurate and timely processing of all loan applications. Review, assess and accurately record all relevant information within the application process Support lenders, intermediaries, and clients through the loan applications process Meet agreed time-scales and SLA's with clients and lenders to meet service delivery Chase outstanding information required to process and approve lending applications fully Review and assess documents in the lending process and ensure this is captured correctly to ensure data integrity To assist the MD with all new commercial lending inquiries Liaising with lenders and intermediaries on behalf of their clients, sales support, and external counterparts such as lenders, surveyors, valuers, and solicitors to bring cases to completion. Check applications meet the criteria of the lender and that these match with the clients specific requirements. Assessing the suitability of all required documents with the application against lenders criteria. Working with the company's CRM systems - Active Campaign and eKeeper- to assist with the effective administration of both initial enquiries and ongoing loan applications Undertaking additional office and administration duties as and when required within the team. Working in line with our FCA regulatory requirements, also including but not limited to the Data Protection Act, Data Security and Anti Money Laundering procedures. Experience & Skills Min 1-2 year's experience in the commercial finance sector Motivated and focused self-starter with the ability to learn new skills quickly Strong organisational and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Office A flexible approach to work, and the ability to take on additional tasks Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Able to work to deadlines Interested?
