Overview
Our client, a major international City law firm with a strong reputation for its corporate practice, is now looking for an additional corporate associate, preferably with at least 1.5PQE and with good, recent ECM experience. Applicants need not have^focused on ECM work to date but ECM (whether Main Market or AIM) should have formed a decent proportion of their overall deal experience and they should have the desire to have more of a focus on ECM work moving forward, whilst being able to maintain^a broader practice if they wish (consisting of private and public M&A, private equity, joint ventures, venture capital investments and general corporate transactions). An exciting time to join this flourishing and cohesively managed team, which has a strong associate training and development and mentoring programme.
