Curriculum Team Leader – Plumbing Full time, permanent Salary; up to £35,022 per annum Location; North Notts Campus About the role We are recruiting for a Curriculum Team Leader to lead on the delivery of a range of programme levels within the Plumbing department, equipping our learners with skills for their future through the delivery of outstanding education and training that inspires them to achieve their potential. The Curriculum Team Leader will coordinate and lead a group of study programmes, frameworks and standards for Plumbing, Domestic Heating and Gas services from level 1 to Level 3. They will play an important role in providing pre and on-course guidance that supports learners through to positive outcomes. You will undertake activities which include programme management and organisation, learner interviews and enrolment, and other marketing and public relations activities associated with the programmes you will be managing. Have you got what it takes? You will need to be positive and dynamic with the ability to bring the subject matter to life while engaging with a wide variety of learners. You should have experience of teaching along with the appropriate level professional qualification. It is essential that you can deliver to learners of all levels and abilities, and to use flexible and innovative methods of delivery as required. You should also be able to develop effective links with local industry/commerce and promote a positive image of the College.
