Fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, to join a well renowned property development company as their Retail Helpdesk Assistant. You will work the nightshift and the hours will be 7pm to 7am for 4 days and then you'll have 4 days off. Duties are many and varied, but the priority is to maintain excellent tenant/customer relationships. You will follow up all tenant related issues, ensuring all calls received by the help desk are promptly and efficiently processed. You will also operate the planned maintenance system, liaising with the engineers and contractors as necessary and carry out all the necessary admin thereafter. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a property management environment with excellent customer service skills and if you have qualifications in NEBOSH and other H & S experience, together with knowledge of RAMs, that would be very advantageous. You should be computer literate and be an excellent communicator. We regret that we cannot reply to all applications.
